Overview

The Compliance Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for processing and maintaining company and individual licensing, aiding in internal and external examinations, tracking and reporting compliance data, and providing other support functions to the compliance department.

Responsibilities

Primary Job Functions

 

  • Prepare, process, and maintain company and individual licensing
  • Gather information for responses to audits, client requests, and lawsuits
  • Develop and run regular reports containing compliance data
  • Track timely submission of operations write-ups for compliance matters
  • Compile and finalize monthly call scores

Secondary Job Functions

 

  • Perform other support functions for the compliance department

Qualifications

  1. EDUCATION

 

MUST HAVE:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

 

  1. EXPERIENCE

 

MUST HAVE:

  • Accounting or paralegal experience or equivalent in similarly detail oriented field

 

PREFERRED:

  • Collections or compliance experience

 

  1. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:

 

MUST HAVE:

 

  • High degree of organizational skills
  • Must be detail oriented with demonstrated high level of initiative and proven ability to work independently as required

 

       COMMUNICATION/TEAMWORK SKILLS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      

       TECHNOLOGY SKILLS

  • Demonstrated knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Access
  • Strong typing skills,
  • Familiarity with faxing, e-mail, scanning, and other basic office functions
