Overview

The Client Service Representative is the main liaison between the organization and the clients. They are the main point of contact between Premiere and our clients.

Responsibilities

Primary Job Functions 

  • Research, document and follow-up with proper departments based upon client requests on a daily basis.
  • Update our collection system with client requests.
  • Generate and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports for clients.
  • Submit settlement and payoff requests from the collection staff to the individual clients for approval/denial.
  • Complete and submit verification of debt (VOD) requests to the clients.
  • On a regular basis, mail received VOD requests from the client to the individual borrowers, notates the borrower’s account.
  • Reviews the closed account reports on a daily or weekly basis depending on the client to determine if a special request to keep accounts that are in a paying disposition should be submitted to the client(s).
  • Participate in client meetings.
  • Prioritize and escalate important issues.
  • Communicate to the company client changes.
  • Work with other departments on client related project.
  • Maintain daily queues to a minimal required by the department.
  • Serve as main point of contact on any client related issue.
  • Make sure proper client guidelines are being followed.

Secondary Job Function 

  • Other special projects and duties as assigned
  • Expected to exercise sound, independent judgment and to seek out appropriate direction and information as needed.

Qualifications

 

  1. EDUCATION

 

MUST HAVE:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

 PREFERRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree

 EXPERIENCE

 

MUST HAVE:

  • 1 – 2 years of relevant experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and Powerpoint
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills

PREFERRED:

  • 1 – 2 Years of experience in client services.

 KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:

 

MUST HAVE:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize daily tasks.
  • Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal communication instructions.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision while under pressure.
  • Must be able to portray a professional manner, and perform duties at a professional level with internal and external clients and vendors.

 

PREFERRED:

  • Precious knowledge in client services.
